I received an apology for a generic response and offer to interview and request to say which positions I fit, and I was more than qualified for each of them with great references and recommendations, then had to go to great lengths to get another response, also from a no-reply email with no phone number, and then got no response at all. Basically, they did worse after apologizing than before and showed no concern with candidate experience.
