How to answer: Occasionally, a candidate will reject a recruiter's job offer. Answer that you contacted the candidate to find out why they rejected the job offer. If the rejection had a valid reason — say the salary was too low — make it clear that you went to your hiring manager to help negotiate the salary the candidate was asking for.

Given that the J&J Credo (you should know what this says front to back!) is very important to J&J and all of its subsidiaries, and serves as a means of passing down the Johnson values how do you relate this to ethical dilemmas you've faced in your business life? (This can also relate back to the recent news regarding J&J offering rebates for administering antipsychotics in elderly homes)
