I got a call from HR for scheduling Telephonic interview. The 1st round was a Phone interview with Accounts Manager (Mike) it went pretty well, then I got shortlisted for the 2nd round and it was an in person interview, it was a technical round. They briefly asked me to explain about my recruiting experience and what technologies I have recruited for. They asked me couple of question about the jobs that I have recruited the consultants, also told me to write a Boolean string for couple of jobs.

- Very personal questions which which have absolutely nothing to do nothing with the job itself. - If I'm fine with working (far) more than 40 hours. Actually this was not a question but more a statement. .. and the list does on.
