What was the situation, how did you handle it, what did you do, what was the result? What would you have changed in the all of the scenario? Give an example where you used data to change a strategy or process? What is your sourcing style? What do you do to find tough candidates? How do you stand out from other recruiters when reaching out to passive candidates? Give an example when you had to have a tough conversation with someone.
