(Names and companies) What will your former bosses tell us about your strengths and weaknesses? Education: What were some of your biggest accomplishments? What were mistakes you made? Work Experience: (Same five questions for the last three jobs) 1: What were you hired to do? 2:What were your accomplishments that you were proud of? 3:What were mistakes you made? (Low points of that job) 4: What would you have done differently? 5: Tell me about the people you worked with. Who was your boss? What was it like working for them? When I get a chance to talk to him/her, what will they tell me about your clear strengths/weaknesses Why did you leave?
