Standard phone interview questions. First round interview was standard interview questions. Panel interview was scripted questions delivered by each employee. Board of Directors was a 10 minute presentation and more behavioral type questions.
How have you used data in recruitment planning?
I was asked numerous questions. It seemed like he was probing for strategies to implement himself vs. really looking to fill the position. He kept telling me that their current process is not broken, but they just need new blood. He kept contradicting himself.
