I would not mind the challenges, but certainly the people interviewing make hiring decision based on phone personality. I was asking the questions she has no idea what she wanted to ask.

Have you researched our company? Identify your weaknesses. Why would you want to work here? Can you describe your sales approach? Will you travel Monday morning through Friday evening every other week? Wait, what? that's 50% travel and you do have autonomy to balance your own schedule around trade shows or personal life.
