If i had any B2B experience, which I did. I have extensive sales experience, and if i was able to work independently.
They do have a preference for people that have technical backgrounds, which is helpful as you may have less technical support due to growing pains than what is provided at a larger, more established company.

How many years have I been in solid state lighting? How many of those years have been spent in sales and how many in management? Do I have the skills to train other reps? Do I have a business degree? Basically the questions were quality, and meaningful to the position. There was a basic test, verifying that I in fact understood solid state lighting.
If was interested in relocating to manage a new project in a different state.
