Knowledge about accounting in high level, specifically about accruals and capitalized expenses. Chatting about personal background with each other as well. I believe that's the part that actually got me hired the minute I walked out of the building. For back office/controllers entry level jobs it's hard to know the actual work performance. So Being personally likeable is what really matters.
