Was asked to speak pre-interview about why I wanted the role, but was never called.
Several of the questions related to the company creating a middle management segment to help grow the company. Generally the interview focused on projected company growth and how to manage the change management for success. It felt less like an interview and more like a data mine of my knowledge.

What incentives would you recommend for getting more responses on surveys or in getting accolades from customers?
There is a management role play interview where you are given several challenging situations and then asked to do a 1:1 with one of the interviewers. It would actually be a lot of fun, and probably effective, if they would provide more diversity among their interviewers.
