How would you begin organizing things in the lab?
I was asked about my future career ambitions, why I was interested in this company and how my past experiences were applicable to the role I applied for. They also inquired my sales achievements (in terms of both results and activity) during past roles I had been in. Overall, the questions asked during the interview process were very fair and realistic. I appreciated that there were not any unnecessary "hypothetical" questions designed to make the candidate uncomfortable or nervous. They clearly wanted to get to know about me and my personality to understand if there was a strong cultural fit.
