Tell me a little about your skills & work experience- very general basic initial call questions.
Lots of "Can you tell me of a time when you...?" I interviewed with 7 different people in one day and approximately 1/3 of the same questions were repeated over and over, yet they were expecting different answers. The recruiting team did a good job of providing upfront tips and information about the type of interviews, and Amazon is very adamant about hiring the "good fit" and being a "data-driven" organization, but the overall feel of the process was formulaic and impersonal.

How do you manage conflicting deadlines How do you influence people
Basic questions about past experience and how it relates to this work as well as why you want this role.
What most excites you about the role?
Be prepared to phrase what you would not like in your current job and why not. What are you doing to reverse this. b ehonest but thoughtful. Try to phrase it as positive in the sense what you could learn from it.
Business model, competitors, the day-to-day process, etc etc
