Various questions about the sales process. What was a recent obstacle, give an example of recent upsells, have I ever made a mistake that costs a customer. I was prepared and answered everything well as I have a lot of sales exp but NO insurance background. Had to take short written assessment as well. I also call shadowed a rep for 30 minutes and really thought I could do this role well. Surprisingly I was not offered a position. The hours were 2 second shift and 1 weekend day which I was not thrilled about but would work to get the job. I did receive an offer from another company with good comp plan M-F 7-4 so this is much preffered. It all worked out for me after all.
