What interest you in applying for this position?
I was asked to describe all of my duties at a previous employer, and was asked follow-up questions on the labor and waste number targets.
What was your favorite/least favorite part about working for __?
The stage was defiantly the most unnerving and difficult portion of the entire process because your expected to prove your ability to perform and even excel while learning the way they do things. To top it off this is all done while meeting everybody and being observed by management, staff, and even guests.
Fairly standard interview questions. The food tasting was an interesting experience- make sure you know a bit about the culinary world, even if you are applying for a front of the house position.
