Tell about a time you’ve had to solve a complex problem. What made this complex, How did you solve it, what was the logic behind your decision and how did it benefit company?
Mostly behavioral based questions.. "tell me about a time when." I was shocked that a tech company is using this antiquated process. There's been research about WHY these don't work.
