You are asked about your previous experience. Then you are asked some behavioral and situational questions such as disagreeing with your manager and what was the outcome, customer complaints and how they were resolved, how you handled projects while working with a team and every team member was not contributing, etc... explain a time when you did not get the assignment completed, etc...
"What was your most successful sales pitch/achievement?" This was difficult since they knew I was coming from a non-sales background but the questions were very generic and pre-chosen.

How do you handle stress?
How did you use data to support a point?
What was my least favorite class at school
Describe a time when your ideas were not accepted and how you dealt with that.
Describe a situation where you faced push back in a group setting. How did you handle it and what were the results?
Why Hershey?
I wasn't really asked many questions, so the mosts difficult question was "Tell me two things about you that will make you a good fit for this role."
