He wanted me to highlight what skills I had that would be an asset in this position and asked if I would be able to NOT take things personally with disagreeable or complaining customers. Because, there was a difference in policies in Corporate and Private Hallmark stores. Asked if I could multi-task and remain paced & comfortable with the list of things to do and still keep up with register and a pleasant customer service demeanor.
