Mostly a behavioural interview, which is not the most useful for a technical job which requires a very specific skill set. however the job also requires a certain personality type, most nurses don’t like admin work, so it makes sense to get a feel for the attitude of the applicant. Also the corporate culture at BCBSNM is traditional so it is also important to screen for anyone who is too "forward thinking"
