The atmosphere was really "formal interview". The VP and another experienced professional asked most of the questions regarding the resume, cover letter and transcript. Another young professional mainly took notes during the interview. Questions covered everything..personality, work experience, knowledge..one of them even asked about a grade of my course and it happened again during my interview with the HR.
