What do you understand about Trust and Safety
Pick one and submit it before the in person interview. 1. Most decisions are made with analysis, but some are judgment calls, due to time constraints or incomplete information. Write about a judgment call you have made recently – i.e. in the last 12 months – that could not be analyzed beforehand. The focus should be on a business issue.
