Phone interview was very informal, just asking about you and why you want to work at Debenhams. The Assessment is called that but its just you in a room with other candidates and you are told about the role and have some fun activities to do there are no tests or anything. The 1 to 1 is just a bit more about you and what you can bring to the team and a chance to ask any questions.
