Lots of the questions were based around how I handle working under pressure, responding to urgent requests, leadership, working autonomously. What motivated you to apply to this role? What excites you about this company? What can you uniquely bring that elevates the team you'd be joining? How have you successfully structured and reinforcement knowledge or skill trainings in the past? How do you measure your success?
Literally the only thing they cared about was metrics. "What metrics would you utilized for promotion between different ADR levels?" ( Again, this is an ADR Sales Enablement Manager position, not an ADR Sales Management role.)
