I was asked multiple times if I could handle this position because they knew it can get really boring and discouraging. This was really off putting to me, it seems as though everyone I talked to put down the job and made it unappealing.

The questions weren't that difficult but beware because if you don't answer it the EXACT way they are looking for you won't get hired.

Very basic situational questions.
Describe a time where you had to make a situational decision that may have been in opposition to policy or procedure set in place.
