Questions mostly towards behavioral and lightly on technical skills. It suppose to be Administrator but they somehow change there mindset and requirement of that psoition for developer and programmatic need.And Actually CIO was not so sure what I have applied for ...He was totally unclear with Idea whom he is taking interview with .that was so disappointment for me .They are really not at all aware what is going on and what they want.
