They offered topics for each interview -- Accountability, Ambiguity, and Analytical Skills -- which I thought was a great idea. But they seemed to only loosely stick to this, and only 1 person asked about one of these topics directly, which makes me think it was perhaps more of an HR / recruiting directive but that the actual people interviewing weren't really on the same page.
