They really focused on me as a person and where I came from. They then really targeted my long term goals, where I was going, and how I was going to get there. One of the values they have here is being "All In." They bet on us and want us to show that we bet on them.

Since there is a lot to do with data and info context, you have to be aware of GDPR, confidentiality, regulatory-driven subordination models, etc. IT becomes more and more regulated, so you have to prepare yourself to be a full-round engineer, not just an IT performer, i.e. having basic regulatory and corporation knowledge to understand dos and donts in your workplace, especially in relation with sensitive data and security.

There were a few gotcha questions like what is the compiled size limit for formula fields, when are formulas evaluated, etc
