Create different Sales Paths and Record types and Page layouts. Create a way to track Competitors Create a way to track Key Contacts (contact roles) Create Chatter notifications to encourage gamification and competition. Update Account fields once Opportunities close to show active Accounts. Create Rollup Summary Fields with Closed won amount in the Opportunities. Create a Formula field or process builder to Show customer Rating based on Closed Won Amounts. Create some Actionable Dashboards to Drive Sales Activity.
