The first interview was a general overview of the company and generic questions about work history and experience. They asked questions like, "If you're being pressured for time or there are a lot of chaotic things going on, how do you handle that?"; "When faced with a difficult situation, such as having to tell someone no or give them an unwanted answer, how do you approach that?"; "Of all work experiences, tell us about a time you overcame an obstacle, how and why?"

At the time i recall questions about managing a lot of fast change. Also they wanted to get an idea of my attention to detail and give examples from my past.
