What other positions at present are you applying for?
At times, they use a standard interview question sheet, other times they just shoot from the hip. So this is difficult to say. They most likely want to know your availability, if you have a working phone, car, etc. and if you are willing to work any time, any where at the drop of a dime. If you say yes to these (and mean it) and they like your professional image, then you are good to go. You can't lie and say you're available and not be because they catch on real quick and you get fired really quick.
