Home assignment questions : a game where you will design 4X4 grid of drop tokens, how would you extend it and system design based on it. Then comes the behavioral rounds and it goes forever, basically they wanna exhaust you with all those STAR questions with scenarios like failures, issues with team mates etc. Initially it felt like a good company with values and focus on improving health care and everything along with it, but PLEASE don't be fooled. I read a few reviews and didnt take things into consideration but its VERY exhausting interviewing for this company. I had a total of 9 rounds ( They think they are some kinda Google :/) and most of it was behavioral (My role was a Mobile Dev :/). The first 3 rounds were good and then came the onsite day.
