Home Assignment of 3 parts. The first was 30 min (warmup). The second part took 2.5 hours. I was asked to implement a Bar Chart and do some Data manipulation to use that Bar Chart. Overall it could be fun but there were too many details with not a lot of time, and the story seemed to be not related to reality. Also, I used inline style (with the mind to change it to CSS in JS) and they didn't accept it which was weird. Not sure I would like to work in a place with those requirements and narrow thinking.

Explain your daily/weekly/monthly routine? How do you receive feedback usually? How do you handle a conflict with your teammate (peer)? How do you handle a conflict with your supervisor? How do you handle a conflict with your team lead? How do you handle a conflict with a stakeholder? How do you handle a conflict with a designer? Do you have an experience where you brought an idea to the team from outside? How did you introduce the idea? Have you had any experience when you introduced an idea or technology or whatever, and someone didn't go along with it? How did you manage when someone pushed your idea back? What was the latest thing you learned from outside of the team? How did you bring it up? Was there anything that someone in the team brought up and you were against it? Was there anything that someone outside the team brought up and you were against it?
