The very last question was, "if you could be the product manager for any product in Google which would it be?"
The most difficult questions are about some particular algorithms or mathematical problems that interviewer is very familiar with but the candidate has never heard of. Not only it may create a stressful situation (candidate thinks that it is something he/she is supposed to know), it is not how the people solve new problems in IT. Many people may not be able to fully understand a particular mathematical (e.g. theoretical) theorem in a matter of 10-15 minutes and without good understanding of that particular theorem it may be hard to apply it to the real-life problem presented by the interviewer. For example, the question about finding the majority number in a large input sequence.

As mentioned, spoke with someone in Due Diligence and they asked the following questions: 1. Have you been terminated from a position? 2. Did you embellish your resume? 3. Have you sold or consumed illegal drugs? 4. Have you sold or consumed illegal drugs in the past 12months 5. Do you have any liens or bankruptcies? 6. Have you ever taken legal action against a company you were employed at? 7. Have you ever taken legal action against another employee from a company you worked at? 8. Where would you rank your financial status? 5 - being wealthy and 1 - being poor? 9. Rank how you value honesty and integrity 10. What other offers are you considering? Where are they? Who are they with? When are you interviewing with them? 11. Where does XPO rank on the list? If we offered you a position tomorrow, would you accept it? I could keep going but I think you get the gist. It does not matter what level you are interviewing for, this is a complete violation and screams "we bully, we judge, we discriminate."
Fairly straight forward questions. Some were situational (describe a situation when...you failed/created something new etc) and some were linked to Unilever and the specific brand (how would you develop the brand, how would you launch a new product).
