Situational questions. What did you do in this situation? What are your weaknesses? Describe a time when you had a big challenge or a challenging customer...etc.
how long is a sprint? what do you say to a client that complains the solution isn't what was asked for? do you know what "BON" means in Agile? supposed to have been "KANBAN" - terrible interview questions.....
