Honestly, I felt I asked all of the questions. I was interviewed by three senior-level managers and I led the interviews. They were ill-prepared at best. It was actually a bit surprising these people were in positions of "power", as they didn't seem to have much to offer as far as company direction under their helm. I could tell pretty quickly I was over-qualified for the position.
