Many situational oriented questions. Like, we need to grow our workforce by 50% in x months. What do you do? How do you do it? They want well thought out answers, but give you ample time to think. At no point did it feel like an interview, rather like a meeting of two parties interested to know each other better.
What experience did I have with analyzing data and quickly executing changes based on that data?
The interview questions likely vary - but all were detailed and relative to either the role, or how you would collaborate with key stakeholders. The Tao interview was based around the company's values, called "The Tao of Wonolo". This was an awesome experience and really appreciate the additional vetting to ensure each team member is a good cultural add.
Why do you want to work at 500 Global?
The test was not the most difficult from this type of testing, it mostly required to identify the pattern in the figures shown and answer various questions related to that (e.g. what figure would continue the sequence)
