Senior Project Manager Interview Questions
"When interviewing for a position as a senior project manager, you can expect to be asked not only about your skills and experience as a project manager but also about your ability to hire, place, and mentor other project managers, step in when when a troubled project needs to be turned around, and devise ways to continuously improve project management strategies. Prepare to answer questions about how you would resolve project issues of any size, incorporate the company's business needs into the decisions made in each project, and review projects to determine how you the company can improve from them."

What is your attitude about the process and rules?
Lots of questions around my work experiences and who I am as an employee. Each interview I had they spent time explaining the culture and how important that is at Calabrio.
What was my salary expectation?
Tell me about a time that you had to deal with a difficult situation
Very basic questions, all related to past experience. I felt like the interviewers were reading from a civil service script. Questions were very shallow and felt perfunctory. I suspect my experience, and much deeper follow-up questions may have "blown their minds" . The interview panel failed my interview questions and didn't even realise it! If you are a professional with extensive experience, and really desperate for a role at MoJ, then, "dumb it down" during the interview. And don't expect to get any feedback whatsoever after the interview process.
