Scenario based and job specific
Being a CEO of the company, how wil you manage company?
They asked me what they thought I could contribute to the team.
How many times a week will you come into our office even though the position was advertised as fully remote?
What is a project manager's main role?
They asked about my experience as a project manager and types of projects that I have worked on.
Standard questions about Project Management; nothing out of the ordinary. During the final presentation to the panel, I felt that they had already made up their mind that I was not a "fit", as they were not paying attention to my presentation. It was rude, but that's ok...they probably felt they were being nice and letting finish out the presentation. No hard feelings; I'm happier where I am now (5 mile commute instead of schlepping to their NYC HQs from NJ each day).
