I cleared the first technical interview with great feedback and select note. 2. 2nd round -Now here comes a fun fact, please help me understand how can you ask coding question or data science related question in scrum master interview it's complete scam. 3. The director and along with some sound coder tech guy came to evaluate me further. Here comes the twist no question related to Agile or scrum master was shooted to me but rather they asked how much comfortable to are you to code, if your developer within the team is on leave. I mean why would scrum master come and code. 4. Can you rate yourself in Python and SQL ? 5. Will you able to take a charge and guide development team if they are stuck in some scripting issues. Meanwhile me in the backend got their intent and was smiling 🤣. 6. Do you know joins in SQL, 7. How much comfortable are you in Data modelling. Conclusion from 2nd round: you are absolutely phenomenal in Scrum master skills and our HR will get back to us. I checked with HR for decision:- She told me you are select but we can offer or hire you at your current CTC. Suggestion to Hr and Directors of firm:- Please be professional when sourcing candidate, please do not waste candidates and panel time without clear expectation. Interviewers: please be clear that what questions you need to ask and for what role you have came to interview the candidate. Complete scam.
