Lot of SQL questions related to case statements, counts, averages, percentages, windowing functions, row number. Your ability to use aggregate functions in 1 query and through case statements will be tested

One of the questions that stood out was when they asked how I would approach scaling IT processes. It wasn’t just about fixing problems in the moment, but how I’d think ahead and build solutions that could handle more people, more devices, and more complexity over time.
They asked me about the previous job roles and responsibility from that he asked me the question. And asked me about the ITIL process. In that second round they asked me explain about the DORA process.
Majorly on my professional experience , tools technologies, latest technologies. Data structures , typical questions - Write your own Data structure implementation. Emphasis was on real-time support bugs/resolutions.Tools that will help the support/debug issues. My suggestion for the service engineer roles is to not get too carried away with data structures, algorithms ( these are necessary for the software developer role), instead concentrate on overall application , support, scenarios to debug large scale apps, tools and technologies, DevOp and Design.
