Questions revolving around your knowledge of the platform. They asked pretty in depth questions about all sorts of tools within the platform. They asked this to test how much you know, but also how you answer a question when you aren't as familiar with the tool.
Since this was a program director/solution architect position they were eager to find out how I worked with customers.
I'm not sure if I remember a lot of the questions, but be prepared to talk about situations you had to struggle and deal with.
Describe previous technologies I had worked on, as well as describe my own past track record.
Q: It was all technical, which was to be expected. However the actual email from them said focus on values.

Explain each… Q: What migration tools do you use? Q: What is a cloud migration factory? Q: What is a target landing zone? Q: What is MAP? Q: How long does a migration take? Q: What kind of incentives can a client expect from AWS? Q: What are some of the optimization levers during the build and run phase?
