- Past experience and major project(s) involved. Value added to customers - Technical expertise like integration, middle-ware etc. - Understanding of Pega and why eager for the job
There was no difficult question - the only difficulty was to guess what the Principal architect is thinking - it was more of a guessing game then a true technical detail interview.
