the most difficult asspect of the job is the work load. There is alot of work to be done on the daily basis. Costumers all want to be catered to due to the fact that it is a high end dealership. So expect to work hard and please every customer that walks threw the door.
What are you looking to accomplish in the future as far as your career goes with the company or you're career in general? Basically they want someone long term so they're asking if you're going to devote your career to the company or leave after several months.
