All the questions were very expected and reasonably easy to answer. Two of the most difficult to answer on the fly were : What do you like the most about your current position? (I would definitely tie it into something you would be doing here, but normal interview advice) and describe a time when you could NOT satisfy a customer, and what happened (again, I said I followed company policy meticulously)
Only basic interview questions. I was positively surprised that they asked me about my future intentions in the company, what kind of work would interest me in the future.

They asked to tell some examples of difficult situations or problems in my previous job and how I solved them
What do you expect from your supervisor?
Tell me one time that you had to deal with an angry client.
- How do I adapt at ever-changing environments -If I have worked with targets -Why do I want to move to London (where the company is?) the position is only for 6 months...(with ironic face) (???????)
- Tell me about yourself - Why do you want to work here? - What do you know about the company? - What is for you a good customer service? - How do you deal with an angry customer? - Do you have any questions?
