Lots of "Tell me a time when..." questions. Time you surprised and delighted a customer, time you turned around a customer experience, time you had conflict with a coworker and how you resolved it, etc.
Why did you leave Starbucks? Can you tell me about a time when you disagreed with a co-worker or superior and what did you do? What’s the biggest feedback you ever gave someone?
What was a time in which you received good customer service ?
