The most difficult part of the application/interview was thinking of things to write that would convince them that you would be a good shopper. They aren't looking for fluff, and I suspect if you gave them fluffy answers you might not get accepted, because the shopping assignments are sometimes surprisingly complex, and the evaluations are detailed and so narrative that there is no casual shopping situation.
