"Create your workplan for the week for your two stores and document this plan in an email to your manager. The purpose of the email is to effectively communicate the problems and next steps so that your manager agrees with your plan. This email should include: 1) For each store, trends/insights you are seeing in the ""Store Weekly Data"" tab on quality, productivity and shopper supply 2) What days you will spend at each store (assume a Sunday through Thursday work week) 3) What are some potential changes that you will make at each store to improve overall store metrics 4) Who are the top 6 shoppers you must coach at each store, and why? 5) What you will coach these shoppers on? 6) Any other needed store or shopper level actions Things to consider: - What are causing the issues you're seeing (e.g., the ""root cause"") - How are you going to achieve improvement at the two selected stores? - Why will your plan work? "
