Are there examples where there was more strategic thinking that you’ve applied to the role?
When were you given feedback and how did you handle it?
Competency based questions about staffing and metrics. Also, who I would give priority to if 2 hiring managers wanted to hire the same person. It was a fairly standard interview, just make sure you prepare strong examples following the STAR technique.
