Tell us your thoughts about this pic. They actually want you to talk about the system design staff. The problem is they did not show any other information during the interview (only a picture), and they didn't give any hints about what they wanted to know (which tech or area they want to learn your thoughts). For the new grads, especially for the ones who didn't have any co-op experiences, this is a very difficult question, because you did not know where to begin and what content should be talked about. And the interviewers won't help you at all.
