Action: I quickly analyzed the logs, reproduced the issue, and reported it with clear steps and screenshots. I coordinated with the developer to confirm the cause, and once the fix was provided, I immediately re-tested it. I also ran additional regression test cases—both manual and automation—to ensure there were no side effects.
