Para el puesto no hacía falta alguien que pudiera codear, pero sí que tuviera conocimientos asociados al desarrollo de software, los procesos alrededor del mismo y las diferentes herramientas y productos necesarios para poder llevar adelante la actividad. Fit cultural: similar a la entrevista de habilidades blandas, pero enfocada en mis expectativas y en temas que la empresa considera importantes para mantener la cultura interna.
